Western States/Race at Glacier
Thank you to all of you who made possible this year’s Western States Youth Ski Festival/The Race at Glacier.
Thanks to Cameron Blake for making it all happen.
We hosted 127 racers from 8 teams and 4 states!! This is the last year we will host – next year it will move to Bozeman or Jackson, It was a major undertaking to pull it off and took nearly as many volunteers as racers – we couldn’t have done it without you. A big thank you to Glacier Outdoor Center – Karsten Carlson, Sally Thompson, Darwon Stoneman and staff for hosting our event. And especially to Karsten for patiently taking at least 50 phone calls from me over the 2 days.

November 16 and 17, 2010, The Banff Film Festival Cookie Fund Raiser for the Glacier Nordic Ski Team was a huge success.
