About 16 years ago, Stella Holt made her first ski tracks with Glacier Nordic Ski Team’s Chet Hope program. Four years ago, Stella became a Junior Olympic champion. And this week, as a senior for Middlebury in Vermont, she will ski two events at the 2015 NCAA Championships in Lake Placid, NY.
This is Stella’s second NCAA appearance, having qualified last year as a Junior.
Today (Wednesday) she races the 5K freestyle (skate). On Friday at 10 am she skis the 15K classic race with a mass start. You can catch all the action on the NCAA live streaming website. All times are eastern standard time.
